The Pocket Clip Conundrum

Whether a pocket clip showing is considered concealed or open carry is an ongoing controversy.  This is especially a problem in states where concealment makes a difference in violating knife laws.  And, the problem extends beyond a pocket in your jeans to knives clipped to a pulse or bag.
